We believe that by bridging the divide of access to resources and skills building to marginalized communities, we may create a Community-based, community-led solutions model aimed in the following areas: Financial Independence and Literacy; Skills-based Education and Practical Application; and Quality of life, long-term sustainability. We believe these primary goals will result in remedying systemic and institutional biased policies and practices plaguing marginalized communities.

These collaborative ventures are vital to remedying systemic institutional discrimination and biased policy practices plaguing disadvantaged populations in urban and rural communities. These efforts serve to provide services and resources traditional entities do not offer.
