Meet LaSonja S. Hill, M.Ed., P.M.
Connecting People, Partnerships, and Possibilities
LaSonja S. Hill, M.Ed., is a Workforce Alignment Strategist, Project Manager, and community partnership leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning K-12 education, higher education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, and public-sector initiatives.
Throughout her career, LaSonja has focused on connecting educational institutions, employers, workforce organizations, community partners, and public agencies to strengthen student success, workforce readiness, leadership development, and economic mobility.
Her work has included designing education-to-employment pathways, facilitating cross-sector partnerships, leading strategic initiatives, and managing projects that expand access and opportunity for historically underserved communities.
LaSonja's experience includes leadership roles with community colleges, workforce development organizations, nonprofit initiatives, and entrepreneurship ecosystems. Through Quality Education Consultants, she partners with organizations committed to building sustainable systems that improve outcomes for students, employees, employers, and communities.
She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University Chicago and is Google Project Management Certified.
